1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or tampered with upon delivery.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product has quality issues verified by our team.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially consumed products.

• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

• Products returned without original packaging.

• Change-of-mind purchases.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement Policy

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may choose:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or

• A full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
